Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced HSE Officers to support and maintain a safe working environment across the facility.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across the facility.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct HSE training and safety awareness sessions for employees.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture within the organisation.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in an HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent observation and risk assessment skills.
• Experience conducting HSE training is an advantage.
• Candidates must have practical HSE experience; fresh graduates are not eligible.
• NEBOSH IGC, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
