    HRBP Leader

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
    • Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
    • Managing staff wellness initiatives.
    • Cooperate with business departments to implement performance management plans or various special incentive plans
    • Participate in the selection and evaluation of employee promotions to ensure that the selection process is scientific and reasonable
    • Renewal of employee contracts at expiration: Evaluate employees’ historical performance, work attitude performance, reward & punishment records, and give suggestions on whether to renew the contract.
    • Organization and planning of department team bonding activities
    • Improving relations between staff and employers.
    • Overseeing recruitment efforts.
    • Engaging with heads of department.
    • Updating employee records
    • Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
    • Collaborating with other HR professionals/HR Officers
    • Initiating disciplinary procedures
    • Enforcing company policies and procedures
    • On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s with 3+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
    • Degree in Human resources or any related course
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Good communication skill
    • knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
    • Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management.
    • Proficient knowledge of MS office.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Critical thinking skills.
    • Computer savvy.
