What You’ll Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Support performance management and employee development
• Manage employee relations and ensure policy compliance
• Maintain HR records and support HR reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years HR experience
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HR systems and Nigerian labor laws
