Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback collection.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, documenting findings, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Handle inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing timely and accurate information and guidance.
Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, monitoring compliance, and recommending updates to policies and procedures as needed.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects, programs, and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
Generate reports and analytics from HRIS and other systems to support decision-making and HR metrics tracking.
Participate in HR team meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 - 10 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions and processes.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Very High Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
