Job Specifications/Requirements
- Assist in HR related issues/matters and administer administrative support
- Administer and coordinate leave processes , exit, calculation, confirmation and performance evaluation
Skills and Competencies
- Good clerical knowledge
- Good Numerical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of pay & benefit, recruitment, training and development
- Good communication skill
- Neat and organized individual
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Must be bold and self-assertive
- Calm and ready to work
- Good comportment and charisma
- Empathy and honest
- Preferably Male
