Directly delivers a wide range of activities within HR and Nigerian Content
Participates and implements Entity projects and processes such as Personnel planning, Succession, Development, Recruitment, and others.
May work in close cooperation with Operations on the personnel logistics process and schedules (e.g. verifies personnel certifications and visa/work permits needed, maintains up-to-date and accurate personnel and payroll records, etc.)
Support Implementation of approved Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with and compliance certificate.
Timely reporting of NC statutory reports and proactively identify gaps and corrective measures
You Are Meant For This Job If
Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related)
Minimum 3 years of HR related career experience
Knowledge of HR management methods and tools
Good administrative and time management skills
Planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English.
Ensure the highest ethical standards in all interactions with government agencies.
Demonstrate good knowledge of the NOGICD act and the requirement set by the Act
