HR Officer at Mikano

Job Summary

• The HR Officer is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, punctuality, and absenteeism.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee and attendance information.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary documentation.
• Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports and support general HR administration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
• HR certification is an advantage.
