HR Officer
- Job Type Full Time , Hybrid
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to the Management to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
- Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Experience in a sales-focused environment is key
- Willing to work on-site 2days per week
- Salary budget is N100,000
