    HR Officer

    Job Objective

    • The Human Resource Officer will support all activities of the HR unit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs, including training needs assessment, new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfers
    • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
    • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
    • Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
    • Support with implementation of HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
    • Supporting the HR team and liaising units as required in other HR functions

    Skills, Competencies and Requirements
    Educational Qualifications/Experience:

    • Minimum of a University Degree or its equivalent in a related discipline
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Officer

    • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
    • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft office packages and other equivalents
