Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and conflicts
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
• Facilitate performance reviews and support development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage
