• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Talent Management and People Operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance management systems and design employee development programs.
• Create a positive work environment and enhance employee relations through targeted initiatives.
• Develop retention strategies and collaborate on competitive compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws while utilizing HR data for workforce planning and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHRM, ACIPM) is a plus.
• 5+ years in HR, focusing on talent management, employee development, and people operations.
• Proven experience in performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
• Strong data-driven HR practices, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance integration.
