    HR Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic HR Leadership:
      • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
      • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on all HR related matters.
      • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
      • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.
    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
      • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
      • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
      • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
      • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Employee Relations & Performance Management:
      • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
      • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
      • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
      • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Compensation & Benefits:
      • Administer the company\\\\\\\'s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
      • Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation levels to attract and retain top talent.
      • Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
      • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
    • Compliance & Reporting:
      • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
      • Maintain accurate employee records and files.
      • Prepare and submit required HR reports to management and regulatory agencies.
    • HR Administration:
      • Oversee HR administration tasks, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and maintaining employee records.
      • Manage the HR budget.
      • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required; Master\\\'s degree preferred.
    • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPM or other relevant HR certification preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    SALARY EXPECTATION : N350,000 TO N450,000 MONTHLY
