As the HR Manager (Compliance & Operations), you will be responsible for overseeing HR compliance, administration, and operational processes. This role complements the existing HR leadership by focusing strictly on regulatory compliance, employee documentation, policies, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal HR policies, and regulatory requirements
Manage HR administration including contracts, employee records, onboarding, and exits
Oversee operational HR processes such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and discipline
Support management with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations, compliance, or administrative HR roles
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
