Job Overview  

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization's human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and the promotion of a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager advises on HR strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.  
• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.  
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.  

Employee Relations:  

• Address employee concerns and grievances while mediating disputes.  
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.  
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.  

Training and Development:  

• Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.  
• Manage performance management systems and conduct performance evaluations.  

Compensation and Benefits:  

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.  
• Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.  

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.  
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.  

Strategic Planning: 

• Advise on HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.  
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

• Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and oversee payroll administration.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, as well as trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Membership in a recognized HR professional body, such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM, is required.
