We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR Interns to support our Human Resources function across recruitment, employee operations, training coordination, and performance management. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment and exposure to core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities
Assist with employee documentation and record management
Support internal training coordination using internal dedicated resources
Track participation and completion of training and assessments
Assist with performance appraisal coordination and follow-ups
Support the management of HR trackers
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Requirements
Background in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or relevant experience)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
