HR Intern (NYSC) at Alpha Mead Group

Responsibilities

• Update databases with employee data
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Compute payroll data such as leaves, working hours, and any other relevant details
• Post job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Review and shortlist CVs and share them with the Recruitment Manager for review
• Schedule candidates for assessments and interviews
• Compute HR weekly reports
• Work with the recruitment managers in conducting reference and background checks for newly employed staff
• Work with the HR Shared Services Officer in the onboarding process for new staff
• Execute any other tasks as directed by the line manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, or any social sciences-related field.
• Applicant must be a serving 2023 Corps Member currently deployed to Lagos State.
• Second Class Lower Division will be a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be intuitive and passionate about building a career in HR
• Proximity to Ikoyi will be an added advantage
