HR Intern at FMR AGENCY

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
• ‎Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
• ‎Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
• ‎Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
• ‎Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.

‎‎Requirements

• ‎Minimum of HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• ‎At least 1 year of experience in a full cycle Human Resources role.
• ‎Must be resident within New Haven or environs
• ‎Strong organizational and communication skills.
• ‎High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
