Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
• Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the company\'s growth objectives 
• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, ensuring the team meets set sales and revenue targets

Requirements:                                             

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience as Business Development Manager in the HR Consulting industry 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely
