    HR Business Partner (Fintech)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
    • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
    • Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
    • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
    • 5 years proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably within the financial & tech industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics.
