Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop client strategic development strategies and plans.  
• Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies. 
• Conduct complex analysis to discover new market opportunities.
• Build, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and present a detailed report for upper management.
• Responsible for helping companies to identify business weaknesses and challenges and determine relevant solutions.
• Increase company market share and profitability across service categories.
• Drive the registration and onboarding of the company and its subsidiaries as a vendor to major organizations across various sectors (Private, Public, and Non-Governmental).
• Lead the preparation of bids and tenders for new business.
• Deepen customer relationships by maintaining regular contact to understand evolving needs, build awareness of consulting services to help deliver new value-creating services.
• Assists with developing, coordinating, and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow in the program or section area.
• Develops methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives and submit reports on business development activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ Business Development/Consulting experience in an HR Consulting or related firm.
• Experience building client-to-client relationships (corporate, public, and non-governmental).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-tasked and manage complex processes.
• Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• A proven track record of providing actionable solutions.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
