Whipsmart service providers is seeking to recruit a skilled HR/Admin Officer to join a leading salon and beauty service organization dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

Salary: 120-150k

Location: Lekki, Ajah.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
