    HR/Admin Officer

    Job Description 

    • Report directly to MD on Admin Processes 

    • Maintain staff time attendance logs, manage staff leave, Recruitment and other HR Related functions 

    • Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of the company policies is carried out by all staff 

    • Perform Administrative input on all issues escalated by other departments 

    • Organize trainings and talent management to improve capacity building among staff 

    • Oversee all administrative functions for the company 

    Required Skill Set 

    Applicant must have knowledge of 

    • Human Resources 

    • Leadership 

    • Administrative Processes 

    • Desktop Publishing Applications (Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint) 

    • Email Communication 

    • Web browsers and other Internet tools 

    Requirements  

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources 
    • At least 2 yrs Experience in HR and Admin Positions with last or current employment position in HR/Admin 
    • A certificate in Human Resources
