Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standard.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linen.
• Handle laundry duties and ensure timely delivery of clean items.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
