Housekeeper at Zoom 36 Dental Clinic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• General cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces, according to cleaning protocols. 
• Room/area upkeep: Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities to meet cleanliness and presentation standards. 
• Supply management: Restock and maintain supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens in assigned areas and storage rooms. 
• Waste disposal: Collect and dispose of trash and debris, adhering to waste management policies. 
• Maintenance and safety: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors. 
• Customer service: Handle reasonable guest requests or complaints professionally and efficiently. 
• Equipment and chemicals: Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly, and clean and store all equipment at the end of a shift. 
• Laundry: Assist with laundry-related tasks as required, such as washing, drying, and folding linens. 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience: Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is often preferred. 
• Physical ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods. 
• Work ethic: Ability to work efficiently with little supervision and maintain a high standard of performance. 
• Customer service: Friendly and professional attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills. 
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
