Housekeeper at Xpedient Expatriate Services

Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly experienced, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Live-in Female Housekeeper to join a private residence in Ikoyi.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the home while ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for the household

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Wash, dry, iron, and properly organize clothing and household linens.
• Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are neat, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Care for delicate fabrics, furnishings, and surfaces with appropriate cleaning methods.
• Assist with light meal preparation and kitchen duties when required.
• Manage household supplies, restock items, and report shortages promptly.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times regarding the household.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the residence.
• Assist with errands and other household-related tasks as requested.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate, preferably aged 25– 35 years.
• Proven experience as a housekeeper in private residences or luxury homes.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and housekeeping best practices.
• Ability to handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization with care.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
• Must be willing to live-in (accommodation will be provided).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary of N150,000 Monthly.
• Comfortable live-in accommodation provided.
