Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or NCE (relevant qualifications in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields are an advantage).
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in a boarding school or similar environment.
• Strong ability to supervise, mentor, and provide pastoral care to students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and emotional maturity.
• Ability to ensure students’ safety, welfare, discipline, and well-being at all times.
• Basic ICT knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willingness to reside on campus.
• Must be a Female
