As a Female Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

Qualifications
3 - 5 years proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in using relevant software and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
BSc in Hospitality
