As a Female Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Monitor and manage inventory and supplies

Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

Qualifications
3 - 5 years proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in using relevant software and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
BSc in Hospitality
