Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment is an added advantage.
• Ability to oversee night operations including front office, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
• Experience managing guest complaints and resolving service-related issues professionally.
• Ability to supervise night shift staff and enforce service, grooming, and safety standards.
• Experience handling night audits, revenue reporting, billing verification, and shift documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
