Hotel Operations Manager at Juremi Group

Job Summary:

We're looking for an Experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our team, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences, optimal operational efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and security
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize performance
• Collaborate with department heads to achieve business objectives
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and concerns
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations management
• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Professional certification (CHTM, CHTA, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
• Integrity, transparency, and attention to detail

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with international hospitality standards
• Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality industry trends and regulations
• Previous experience in a similar role in Abuja
• Certification in hospitality management or related field
