Job Summary:

We 're looking for a seasoned Hotel Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead our marketing efforts, increase brand visibility, and attract new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Collaborate with sales team to create promotional materials and packages
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Optimize website and online booking engine for maximum conversion
• Manage budget and ROI for marketing initiatives
• Foster partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and event planners

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel marketing or related field
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems

Desirable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality industry trends and regulations
• Experience marketing for hotels in Abuja
• Previous experience in a similar role in Abuja
