Hotel Housekeeper at ROM House Network Technology Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and disinfecting surfaces.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and writing materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways.
• Handle guest requests for extra supplies or services promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines for use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Follow the hotel’s lost and found procedures and report any lost or found items to management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent may be required.
