Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager based in Lagos. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring high standards of customer service, leading the food and beverage team, and overseeing general business operations. The Hotel General Manager will work closely with staff to uphold brand values, strategize for growth, and maintain operational excellence in all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Management and Business Management to lead teams and oversee daily operations effectively
• Strong skills in Customer Service and understanding of the guest experience to ensure excellence in hospitality
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to drive profitability and manage expenses efficiently
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain high standards in dining experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous experience as a hotel general manager or in a similar leadership role is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
