Hotel Executive Chef at Rekopel Resources Ltd

We are a reputable hospitality consulting firm providing a unique hospitality support services for our clients cut across Nigeria.

Due to an expansion,our client a five star hotel requires the  services of a qualified and experience  Executive Chef with proof of experience and exposure.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the menu planning,and overseeing all kitchen operations and manage kitchen inventory as well as train kitchen staff 
• Keep up to date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients.
• Keeps a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Monitore stock, place and take stock of ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly
• Determine with his/her team ,playing and presentation plans,prepare dishes and ensure great presentation of dishes being served
• Setting up work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes with good knowledge of pastries.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu.
• The candidate should be able to prepare barbecue point and kill and other related dishes.
