Job Summary
- Food Preparation & Cooking:Preparing menu items, including washing, cutting, seasoning, and cooking
- Quality Control & Plating:Ensuring high-quality food, proper portion control, and attractive presentation.
- Safety & Sanitation:Maintaining a clean workstation, following health regulations, cleaning equipment, and proper food handling.
- Inventory & Stock Management:Monitoring, restocking, and organizing inventory and supplies.
- Menu & Prep Execution:Following chef-prepared recipes and prep lists.
- Collaboration:Working with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, especially during busy periods.
- Special Requests:Accommodating dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
