Overview

• The Hostess main role is to welcome her customers.
• In this position, the hostess will uplift the dining experience for customers.
• We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ascertains their dining needs.
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, HND in any field of study.
• Minimum of 1 years experience as a receptionist or hostess obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
