• TAAS College is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Hostel Master to oversee the welfare, discipline, safety, and general administration of students residing in the school hostel.
• The successful candidate will ensure a conducive, secure, and well-managed boarding environment that promotes students' academic and moral development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor students in the hostel.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
• Oversee students' welfare, safety, and well-being.
• Coordinate hostel activities and routines.
• Maintain hostel records, attendance, and incident reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and security of hostel facilities.
• Liaise with parents, school management, and other staff regarding students' welfare and behavior.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and pastoral care to students.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and student-related concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline while fostering a supportive environment.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Must reside in Ibadan or close to Ibadan.
