We are seeking a dependable Shop Attendant to join our team. This role involves making smoothies, selling packaged salads, cut fruits, raw fruits, and vegetables, and managing transactions.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy to operate the POS system and interact efficiently with food ordering platforms, customers, and pick-up drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare smoothies and arrange food items (salads, cut fruits, etc.) for sale.
Handle sales transactions using the POS system.
Engage with food ordering platforms, customers, and pick-up drivers to facilitate orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Creating SOPs
Social media content
Ensure Report are submitted to stakeholders.
Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Computer literate and proficient in operating POS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must live in close vicinity to the store.
Mature and reliable, able to adhere to the work schedule.
