• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, menus, and dietary instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with dietary and medical staff.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
• Associate’s degree or certificate in culinary arts or food service management.
