Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospital Cleaners. Hospital Cleaners play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, operating rooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.
2. Clean and sanitize surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
3. Dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to established procedures and regulations.
4. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using designated equipment and cleaning supplies.
5. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other areas as needed.
6. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions for replenishment as necessary.
7. Follow infection control protocols and guidelines to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
9. Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
10. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or department.
