Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

Job Summary
- Responsible for ensuring all rehabilitation activities are carried out safely and in compliance with Company HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Monitor compliance with permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Monitor confined space entry and hot work activities.
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
- Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented.
- Maintain HSE documentation and records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- NEBOSH, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
