Health Safety Environment Administrator at Deepwater Engineering Limited (DEL)

Do you have experience working in health, safety, quality, and environmental administration?

Do you have a basic understanding of ISO accreditations and the ISM Code?
We are looking for #QSHE Administrator to join the Health and Safety Team.
In this role you will be responsible for the updates and maintenance of the company's quality processes and procedures, ensuring the company maintains its certifications (ISO 9001 & ISM). You will also support the administration of onsite health and safety activities, supporting the head of QSHE with internal and external audits.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment with some exposure to ISO/ISM accreditations/audits, looking to support a department head and become a specialist in your field.
Responsibilities:

• Working hand in hand with the QSHE lead, supporting them on audits.
• Update and maintenance of the company's quality processes and procedures.
• Become an internal QMS auditor, acting as a Quality champion and maintaining scheduled audits.
• All administration related to Health & Safety.
• Accurate collation and maintenance of records.
• Collecting and collating statistical information.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure required standards are met.
• Use of Health and Safety management system.
• Proactively offering solutions and spotting ways to improve processes.
• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the business management systems.
• Supporting other team members; duties are flexible.

Requirements:

• A graduate in any Science or Engineering related field with at least a 2.2.
• Proven experience as an administrator in high pressure and regulated environment
• Some exposure to Health and Safety, ISO/ISM accreditations.
• Excellent communication.
• Excellent time management.
