 Health Promotion Officer at IDEE

Location: Iwopin, Ogun State Waterside LGA, Ogun State

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide medical support and assistance at the Iwopin Health Centre
• Provide health education and Hygiene promotion activities in schools and communities
• Implement the IDEE Community Health Advancement Program (CHAP)
• Implement the reviewed PHCDA and School Health Policy
• Support Data collection and Community Health Surveys
• Any other task or responsibility assigned by the Programme Manager

Experience: At least 2 years post graduation experience in Health campaign and have a Degree or its equivalent and has a Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) certificate.

Reporting /Management:

The successful candidate will report technically to the Matron in Charge of the Iwopin Health Center and administratively to the Programme Manager at IDEE

The positions are based in Iwopin, Ogun Waterside LGA of Ogun State.
