Key Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• First point of contact to new patients in the absence of the Consultant , this involves getting both bio and clinical data to make a safe diagnosis.
• Conducting preoperative assessment on patients so as to detect condition.
• Monitoring and providing general care to patients on ground
• Ensuring adequate documentation of medical notes.
•  Working with other consultant  as part of a team
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers questions about specific products/services
• Manage customers’ orders on all social media platforms and ensure accurate issuance of invoices.
• Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details.
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Builds solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.

Requirements

• BSc in Medical science, anatomy, physiology, physical and health education, nursing, biology, botany, public/health technology, nutrition & dietetic, lab science, health science, biochemistry, food science technology, psychology ,pharmacy or medicall sciences related field
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Digitally oriented
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
