Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Develop and execute strategic plans for technical infrastructure, aligning with product development goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and processes.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technical operations.
Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical operations through the application of agile and lean methodologies.
Resolve complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years experience in technical operations role.
Proven experience in technical operations and product management.
Strong understanding of technical infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and security.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with agile and lean methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the tech industry.
