Head Teacher (Nusery or Primary) at Sales Force Consulting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of children.
• Manage the reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
• Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
• Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
• Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings.
• Prepare the teachers, pupils, and other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authority.
• Provide reports on performance, financials, and improvements to the board.
• Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and pupils.
• Take classes when required to cover for sickness and absence of teachers.

Qualifications

• B.Ed in Early Child Education or other related courses
• Must possess up to 10 years robust Nursery or Primary school teaching and pupils management experience from popular schools.

Other Conditions:

• Knowledge of early learning philosophies/frameworks
• Candidates must be grounded in management of Nursery and Playgroup pupils or Primary school pupils as the case may be.
• Administrative competence is compelling
• Candidate should reside with the job axis.
• Interview mode is physical.

N130,000 - N200,000 per month.
