Head Teacher (Nursery / Primary) at Sales Force Consulting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of pupils.
• Manage the reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
• Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
• Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
• Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings.
• Prepare the teachers, pupilsand other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authorities.
• Provide reports on performance, financials, and improvements to the board.
• Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and pupils.
• Take classes when required to cover for sickness and absence of teachers.

Qualifications

• B.Ed Degree or other related field
• Must possess a minimum of 10 years of robust Primary or Nursery school teaching and pupils management experience from renowned schools.

Other Conditions:

• Knowledge of early learning philosophies/frameworks as the case may be.
• Candidates must be grounded in management of Primary or Nursery school pupils
• Self-contained accommodation willbe provided
