Job Details

Strategic Leadership & Operations Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operation and supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Supply Chain & Logistics Management

• Manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to final product delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Optimize inventory control to prevent overstocking or shortages while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in logistics and distribution to improve order fulfillment and reduce lead times.
• Drive supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost efficiency and quality control.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions and mitigate risks.
• Lead initiatives for digital transformation, automation, and the use of technology in supply chain operations.
• Identify potential disruptions in supply chain operations and develop contingency plans.

Financial & Budget Management

• Oversee operational and supply chain budgets, ensuring cost control and financial sustainability.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service levels and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. 
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM, PMP) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, operations, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and supply chain transformations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and process automation.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvements.
