What You’ll Do

• Lead the Operational Risk Management framework across all business units.
• Drive risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Investigate incidents, lead root-cause analysis, and strengthen controls.
• Foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in operational risk (financial services, banking, or payments).
• Strong background in fraud investigation, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Proven success building and leading risk management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (CRM, FRM, ISO 31000, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
