Role Description

• The Head of Unit will oversee the strategic and operational functions of assigned business units, ensuring efficiency and meeting organizational goals.
• Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing team performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments.
• The role also involves ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, and achieving revenue objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving set goals.
• Proficiency in business strategy development, market analysis, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, including knowledge of services such as VPN, VOIP, dedicated internet access, and data center solutions, is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing market demands.
• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in leadership or management are a plus.
