The Position

• The Head of Treasury is responsible for leading the Treasury team in the management of Renmoney’s liquidity position, to achieve optimal profitability while minimizing risk exposure.
• You will provide timely and relevant Balance Sheet information to facilitate strategic decision making.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and measure liquidity and funding requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and measure interest rate risk and advise strategies to manage it.
• Monitor Balance Sheet triggers and regulatory ratios.
• Diversify funding sources.
• Participate and lead wholesale funding deals.
• Initiate funds transfer and Bank placements.
• Manage banking relationships and Bureau de change dealings.
• Assist in the preparation of ALCO reports.
• Conduct a periodic rate survey and market intelligence to aid cost of funds management.

Requirements

Required:

• University degree or equivalent in any field
• A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a Treasury or Finance role in commercial banks

Preferred:

• ACA (ICAN), CIMA or ACCA qualification / Student membership
